Service Down, Service Up

Wow! What a Summer it has been.

And just like that, the heatwave, forgotten.

The inability to stay outdoors for long.

All those plans on hold because society was struggling to continue.

And then, cool rain.

We had an amazing workshop on drought and flooding in the garden. This workshop was actually designed before any sign of any heatwave, for the River Ching Wildways project. So you can imagine how perfect the timing was, except, we had to postpone it.

It worked out well. Everyone was eager to learn, and everyone wanted community.

We had such amazing feedback, we still hear about it from attendees, but it was not due to us. It just shows what happens when people come together, sharing and learning.

Fruit harvest all round has been unusual. More on that in another update.

We’re actually locked out of our web hosting, something is up with the login! So we can’t access our emails to get back to people. If you have our gmail, please get in touch there!

So, service went down during the heatwave (people of all ages were struggling and just about managing), then service went up (amazing workshop, we tidied up the shed, and we’ve had 20 family nature sessions! And now service is down again until we get this email issue sorted. Not only that, but our invoice maker isn’t working either. Here we go! Admins and treasurers are always kept on their toes, the most hardworking bunch from the crew.

We have plenty more exciting workshops to come. Stay tuned!
